These terms govern your use of the TrioShot platform — the Academy, Library, Wallet, Blog, project services, and related features — operated from the State of Qatar. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to defraud the credit system.
2. Credits and payments
Library Credits and Academy Credits are prepaid platform balances purchased in Qatari Riyal (QAR) through our payment provider. Credits are not legal tender, carry no cash value outside the platform, and are non-refundable except where required by law or where a purchased item was not delivered. Credit transfers between your own wallets are permitted as shown in the Wallet. Pricing of packs, courses, and assets may change; changes do not affect credits already spent.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically per the billing cycle you select until cancelled. You may cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan entitlements (credits, seats, feature access) are as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
4. Academy content and certificates
Course enrollments are personal and non-transferable. Certificates attest to completion of TrioShot course requirements and are not accredited academic qualifications unless expressly stated.
5. Library assets and licensing
Assets downloaded from the Library are licensed, not sold, under the license shown on each asset's page. Unless a broader license is stated, assets may be used in your own projects but may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as competing stock content.
6. Project services
Creative and AI project engagements (including proposals submitted through the platform) are governed by the statement of work or proposal accepted for that engagement; these terms apply to platform use around them.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to bypass payment or credit controls, no scraping at scale, no interference with other users, and no abuse of the AI assistant to generate unlawful or infringing material.
8. Intellectual property
The platform, its design system, and TrioShot content remain our property. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us the license needed to host and display it for providing the service.
9. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from platform use is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
